Was written in the hope that the information contain with in it would give you, the average person who drives a vehicle day to day the knowledge and foresight to make the right decision when you are involved in your next traffic accident. The handbook needs to be read before you place it in your vehicle. If you are involved in a traffic accident, the handbook will guide you through the steps that need to be taken at the scene of the accident. The handbook also guides you through the steps of taking care of your medical situation as well as attending to your vehicles needs.

The bottom line to any non-life threatening traffic accident is MONEY. Death has a fix dollar value; everything else in-between is up for grabs.
